A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Alla Queripel, certified Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I discovered fitness in my early 30s and quickly became a regular gym goer. I have always loved Les Mills classes like BodyPump, BodyStep & BodyBalance but Spinning and  Pilates classes have always been my favourite. I currently teach Stages indoor cycling and Pilates classes in local gyms. I am also starting my own Fitness Pilates class in Chapel Hall in  Woodley in 2024.

In 2019 I made a decision to swap my stressful career of a corporate chartered accountant for a more rewarding career in fitness. Recent lockdowns and restrictions imposed on the fitness industry have been very challenging. However, this pandemic highlighted how important it is to stay healthy and look after your body and soul.
I pass my motivation and love for exercise to all my clients. No session is ever the same.
